Treadmill running is an alternative way to run if you do not have time to go outside due to some reasons such as bad weather or not just in the mood to go out. Personally, I use the treadmill before going to work. 5 to 8 minutes will suffice already depending on the available time so as not to be late for work. Before, I rarely use the treadmill for running but since this is one of the available alternative for me to keep fit, I am now a treadmill believer.
